Hearing wellhrak-alle_klein_copy.jpg
is the basis of communication between people.

It is an essential precondition for a person’s well-being and contentedness. Hearing as a basis of communication is more than just the perception of acoustic signals, because someone who hears sounds cannot necessarily process them in a meaningful and correct way.

Therefore, hearing and understanding go together.

The process of both hearing and understanding is multidimensional and very complex. To help people with hearing impairments effectively, a detailed understanding of the hearing process is absolutely necessary.

Good knowledge of acoustics, medicine and psychology as well as of modern electronic speech signal processing technology is a requirement.

Hearing aid acousticians, with their in-depth and hands-on training, have the best possible qualifications for helping people with hearing impairments and for helping them to find the best way to better hearing and better quality of life.

Hearing aid acousticians provide their clients with hearing aid systems to improve impaired hearing. They take care of and give advice to persons with impaired hearing in accordance with individual needs, living environments and specific communication options.
